If in any case I cancel the appointment you can decide to get a refund or reschedule without penalty. All refunds take 3 - 5 business days to process depending on the bank.

Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48hrs from the appointment, you will be required to compensate a 35% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24hrs you are required to pay in full in order to book another date again. If you refuse to pay you will be added to my “no thank you” list.

Reschedule: if you reschedule this is still considered “cancelling”. Once you pay the 30% fee, you can reschedule to a later date. Your previous payment will be honored but you are required to pay the cancellation fee before booking the next date. If for any reason you cancel 2 times then 50% cancellation fee is required and the full payment is required to book a 3rd appointment.

The truth is women aren’t really wired like robots. I like to have the time to prepare for my lovely date with you. Waxing for example, would not allow me the option to see one of my clients on the same day. My best experiences is with gentleman that allow me that time to prep. 24 - 48 hours is highly recommended. In any event that I accept same day; a $200 additional fee will be expected when providing deposit.
