If in any case I cancel the appointment you can decide to get a refund or reschedule without penalty. All refunds take 3 - 5 business days to process depending on the bank.

Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48hrs from the appointment, you will be required to compensate a 35% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24hrs you are required to pay in full in order to book another date again. If you refuse to pay you will be added to my “no thank you” list.

Reschedule: if you reschedule this is still considered “cancelling”. Once you pay the 30% fee, you can reschedule to a later date. Your previous payment will be honored but you are required to pay the cancellation fee before booking the next date. If for any reason you cancel 2 times then 50% cancellation fee is required and the full payment is required to book a 3rd appointment.

The truth is women aren’t really wired like robots. I like to have the time to prepare for my lovely date with you. Waxing for example, would not allow me the option to see one of my clients on the same day. My best experiences is with gentleman that allow me that time to prep. 24 - 48 hours is highly recommended. In any event that I accept same day, a $200 additional fee will be expected when providing deposit.

Yes. I like to keep my volume low at my location to prevent any health hazards/ red flags such as covid19. I normally am hosting in a upscale hotel. All appointments 4+hrs will be hosted in a Air BnB location. In the event that you are booking “same day”, that will no longer be a option. This is why I prefer appointments made with notice instead. I do reserve this availability for my regular clients as first choice. If the airbnb is fully booked I will be located in a upscale 4/5 star hotel
